Meet Our Team

Founder
Jeni Pendl
Hi, I’m Jeni, the founder of Collective Flow Yoga, Pilates, and Barre Studio. A little about me: I started this studio with a passion for creating a space where everyone—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat—feels welcome, inspired, and supported.
Our studio is built around the idea that yoga is for *everyone*. It’s not just about poses; it’s about building confidence, finding joy, and realizing you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.
Here, we laugh, we learn, and we grow together—on and off the mat. My goal is to help you feel at home, surrounded by a community that uplifts and empowers you.
I’m so excited to meet you and be part of your yoga, Pilates, and or barre journey! Don’t hesitate to say hi, ask questions, or share your goals. Together, we’ll create something truly beautiful.

Barre Instructor
Traci
Hi All, I’m Traci! I am so excited to begin teaching barre at The Collective Flow. For years I taught barre and cycle at a studio in Bloomington, IL before taking a break to focus on our family. When I’m not cueing pulses or planks, you’ll find me out on a long walk, sweating it out in a sauna, or whipping up tallow skincare for my business, Daisy Kings. I’m also a mom to three wild little boys—so yes, movement is my sanity. Can’t wait to stretch, laugh, and maybe sweat a little with this amazing community!

Yin Yoga Instructor
Nicole
Nicole has practiced yoga for decades and believes that this practice of union has the power to change the world. She obtained her 200 hour teaching certification from Ashram Om, first to simply deepen her home practice and her own understanding of the philosophical and anatomical elements of yoga, but has found a new level of joy in facilitating movement and meditative practices for others.
Nicole first discovered Yin yoga after back injuries in her twenties caused stiffness and joint trauma. Through Yin, she was able to heal fully from the inside out, benefiting from both, the physical sensations that target deep, connective tissue and fascia, and the mental resilience found in stillness and quiet. She is currently pursuing a certification in meditation instruction and looks forward to further evolving her skills to serve her students and her higher self.
Nicole honors the reality that movement is only one limb of yoga; you’ll typically find grounding, meditation, and breath work in her classes. Her goal is for you to leave each of her sessions feeling better — energetically and physically —than when you arrived.

Vinyasa Yoga Instructor
Mollie
Mollie has always been drawn to music and movement.
With a background in music and theatre, she discovered yoga and pilates during her recovery from an injury—and instantly fell in love. In 2020, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, which sparked a deeper passion for the practice and led her to pursue additional specialized trainings, including a 300-hour certification.
More recently, Mollie began exploring Pilates more seriously and is on the path to completing her comprehensive 500-hour certification.
Mollie’s teaching style is rooted in breath, mindfulness, and intuitive movement. She encourages students to move in a way that feels authentic to them, with a focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, and creativity. Her classes aim to empower each person to connect with their body, find presence, and cultivate self-awareness.

Yoga Instuctor
Gillian
Hello! After teaching yoga in Los Angeles the past 6+ years, I am so thrilled to have moved back to my home town area to bring my teaching experience to Collective Flow Yoga!
I feel very passionate about creating a safe space for others to tune in with their bodies and to explore the transformative benefits of yoga. I grew up in the competitive dance world, so movement has always been an important part of my life. In addition to yoga, I also love reading fantasy books, spending time outdoors, and traveling!
I am looking forward to meeting you on your mat!
