In this progressive 4-week series, Mollie will guide you through the foundational principles of Pilates, focusing on proper form, breathing, and alignment. When: Saturdays at 11:15 AM Dates: September 20 – October 11 (4 weeks) Where: The Collective Flow Yoga Studio This series is ideal for beginners, or anyone looking to revisit the basics and deepen their understanding of Pilates.
